We are based in and ship from Orlando, FL. Florida residents will be charged a 6.5% sales tax on all purchases.
We accept all major credit cards upon checkout and you may also pay with Paypal. Your order information is protected using SSL technology with encryption so you can shop worry free. We reserve the right to refuse and cancel any orders that might appear fraudulent or suspicious.

Our products are shipped domestically via the U.S. Postal Service. We ship 1-2 business days after your order is placed and you should receive them in 2-5 days depending on your location in the US. We are based and ship out of Florida.
International customers, your packages are sent via First Class Package Service, which could take up to 4 weeks for delivery, however, most packages arrive in a week or two. If your package is taking longer, please contact your local customs with the tracking number provided in your order as it may be held up with duties owed. We cannot be responsible for customs duties that may be incurred.
Shipping rates are based on order totals and destination. Your total with shipping will appear after you enter your information upon checkout. If you have any concerns about our rates or wish to expedite your delivery please contact us.
We are pleased to offer $5.95 flat rate shipping (first class) on domestic orders of $25 and up.
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days from receipt of the item. For returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the items back to us. For damaged or incorrectly sent goods, please provide a photo of the items and we will initiate an exchange on our behalf. Returned or exchanged items must be damage-free and in the original packaging. When we receive the items and confirm that they are damage-free, we will issue a store credit or refund for the item amount only or send you a new product for exchanges.
Sale items are final and may not be returned or exchanged.
